This product is the biosimilar of Alemtuzumab (216503-57-0), which is a recombinant DNA-derived humanized monoclonal antibody (Campath-1H) directed against the 21-28 kDa cell surface glycoprotein, CD52. It is an IgG1 kappa antibody with human variable framework and constant regions, and complementarity-determining regions from a murine (rat) monoclonal antibody. The biosimilar has an approximate molecular weight of 150 kDa, which is produced in mammalian cell (Chinese hamster ovary). *Statement: this product is used for R&D and IND only, not for clinical and commercial usage before registered in drug registration authority. |
